Hello all! For those of you who don't know me yet, I am the founder/creator of the IMPACT PROJECT. I am so excited to have you all be a part of this community and movement.
A little bit about me! I started working in partnership with MONAT in April of 2018 as a first year university student in Ottawa, Canada. I was unsure of my goals but I knew I wanted something different. I have always been a heavy spender and a lover of retail therapy - however being a student did not allow me to have the finances to support my lifestyle. I started my market partner position part time in hopes for a bit of money here and there to splurge with. However, I soon learned that this organization was much more than that.
Not only did I grow my business rapidly over the span of 3 months, I was able to afford to travel (not to mention make money while doing so), to make my own schedule, spend time with friends and family, treat myself and become a better person. Even better, I was introduced to the most amazing community of people. Some of which I now consider my best friends. This job has become my passion - so much has changed in my life. I went from being someone who was constantly putting myself down and doubting my worth to someone who is passionate about lifting others up, creating HUGE goals and believing in myself. I am confident and excited about what I do on a daily basis - which is why I wanted to create the Impact Project to create the same positive environment and community for those like minded to myself.

I joined Monat because I needed a change! I was tired of relying on osap and then at the end of each semester running out of money. I never wanted to try to balance a job with school because I’m someone whose easily anxious, I already stress enough as it is. That’s why when I saw the opportunity to work from home when I wanted, it didn’t take much for me to say yes. All I thought was I have nothing lose... and I’m so glad I did it. I’m so glad I’m not still on the sidelines wondering what if. I’ve gained so much from this company not only financially but personally, emotionally, mentally. I’m so excited to eventually make this full time, pay off all my debt, and travel as much as I want to . And I’m so excited to help my team achieve their dreams too ❤️"

"I’ve always wanted to start a business of my own, but never had the confidence to actually go through with it. When I first heard about Monat, I thought it could potentially be a scam so I researched a bit about it. I wanted to try it out for myself just to see how it was and what it would be like, I’m so glad I did. This is one of the big decisions I’ve made that I am proud of. This opportunity can give you a lot more than you realize. Since I’ve realized this I’ve tried my best to not take advantage of such an opportunity and work on it whenever I have time and put in the work to be successful as well as the amount of work I can fit into my schedule. Both great advantages of this business. There are so many different things that helped me in this business and Impact Project is definitely one of them, being apart of a supportive group of girls is one of my favourite things about the business. I can’t wait to find even more things that will help me and I will get better at within the business."

"As a third year university student, who also worked part time in retail and taking care of a puppy at the time, I had A LOT on my plate. I was bored of my retail job and on top of that I felt like I wasn't making enough - plus I didn't have enough money to go shopping which sucked :(. I wanted a job where I was able to stay home with my family, friends, boyfriend and have a dog and still be able to have flexible hours and financial support I deserve. Having only been involved in this company for 5 days so far, I feel super excited to be a part of this growing industry surrounded by amazing women who uplift and cheer each other on. I can honestly say by joining this company with an "f it" mentality, became the best decision I could have done for myself. Im just so excited to see where this takes me and who I become!

"I joined monat due to being so busy and needing money. i wasn’t sure what to expect and im still new, but i love it so far. i love posting and talking to new people and meeting new people. my mom wasn’t apart of my life very much and lived across country from me my entire life. she also was an alcoholic since i was born which created a stressful life. my dad also struggled and never got his life together and was an alcoholic during my high school years. i fear turning out like them or being financially unstable as an adult. i wanted something i can start now and keep building upon as i get older on top of getting my degree and working other jobs. i refuse to not be financially free because i like shopping, but with how i grew up could never go out and buy what i want or ask for it.❤️"

"I’ve always wanted to be my own boss and work my own hours and be able to have enough money to do things without putting so much work into a 9-5 job. I knew making money and not working a lot wasn’t entirely realistic until the opportunity of Monat got brought to my attention. I knew it was a perfect opportunity considering it was during a pandemic and I wasn’t working or making any money during that time. Before I enjoyed this business, I never had a community of girls who have been so supportive & helpful until I enjoyed this business. Monat has literally changed my life and made my life so much better in so many different aspects. For one, it’s hard to work with anxiety so with Monat I can work in the comfort of my own home or anywhere I choose without having to worry about my anxiety as much. "There are so many reasons why I started this business. To back track, my mom passed away 7 years ago and I never had a relationship with my dad so I learned how to fend for myself young. I had to grow up so quick and move out when I was 18, but this is where I found my hustle and drive. I kept my school straight, got a retail part-time job as soon as I could, and my side jobs were doing eyelash extensions from home, and babysitting a couple days a week. Although all these things gave me enough money that I NEEDED, they did not give me the money that I WANTED. Today, I am a full time Medical Esthetics student. I found that beauty and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin is my passion. So I dropped all the jobs that I had and kept my at-home lash business (to keep a roof over my head). But again, this gave me JUST ENOUGH money that I needed for rent and bills. I never, ever had money to spend on myself anymore. Until one day, I came across this opportunity on Instagram and like anyone would be, I was skeptical. But I knew I had to jump at this because there was NO risk if it was not for me. I also promised myself that because of my profession and what I believe in as an aesthetician that if I was not completely IN LOVE with the products then I wouldn’t pursue this. I was 110% scared that this opportunity would flop on me, but all I can say now is that I’m 110% proud of myself for jumping at it. Now I balance, school, dance practices, lashing from home, being a new puppy momma, and being a MONAT Market Partner! MONAT sounds like it is too good to be true, but when you’re part of the Impact project... it is too good IT IS TRUE."

"I started in this business to be able to have and income and be able to stay at home with my kids! When I started a year ago I was going back to work full time and had a one year old! Anyone can do this business as long as you are willing to put in the effort to reach your goals! In my second month in the business, I was able to buy my families Christmas presents with what I had made from my business! This is a real way to make money!
I also was struggling with postpartum hair loss. I was really interested in trying products that would actually help my hair get thicker! I have been so pleased with how much thicker my hair is now!
The community you gain in this business is just that extra little bit that makes this business the best! I have made so many new friends here! Everyone truly cares about you and has your best interest at heart! Everyone is so supportive!
